These terms govern your use of Custeva, provided by Mobile Coding Factory doo.

Using Custeva

You may use Custeva for lawful personal or household deadline management. You are responsible for the information you enter, the device and account credentials you control, and checking important deadlines through authoritative sources.

Reminder limitations

Custeva is an organizational aid, not a guarantee that a notification will be delivered or that a deadline will be met. Delivery can be affected by notification permission, device settings, battery management, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, connectivity, operating-system limits, time-zone changes, and device availability. Do not rely on Custeva as the only record or reminder for legal, medical, safety-critical, tax, immigration, insurance, or financial obligations.

Scanning and content

On-device text recognition can make mistakes. You must review and confirm extracted fields before saving and verify dates against the original document. You retain responsibility for and rights to content you enter, subject to the limited processing needed to provide optional cloud backup.

Custeva Pro and purchases

Custeva Pro is offered through Apple or Google as weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime product. Current prices, taxes, trial eligibility, billing period, and renewal terms are shown by the store before purchase. Unless cancelled through your store account before renewal, a subscription renews under that store’s terms. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Deleting Custeva or a cloud account does not cancel a subscription.

“Lifetime” means access to the purchased Custeva Pro feature set for as long as Mobile Coding Factory doo continues to offer and support Custeva, subject to law and platform availability; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of third-party services.

Optional cloud service

Cloud backup is optional and may experience outages, delays, or changes. Keep copies of documents and information you cannot afford to lose. Account protection uses Apple or Google identity services and is also subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Custeva, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. When practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid functionality. Store refund rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Custeva is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that reminders, scanning, synchronization, or backup will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using Custeva at any time and may delete optional cloud data as described on the account-deletion page. We may restrict service for serious misuse or legal requirements, subject to applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post a new effective date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
