Custeva is local-first. You can use its core deadline features without an account or cloud backup.

Who we are

Custeva is provided by Mobile Coding Factory doo. Privacy questions can be sent to dev@codingfactory.xyz.

Information stored on your device

Custeva stores the items you create, including title, category, due date, optional amount and notes, recurrence, reminder choices, completion status, and timestamps. When you mark an item paid, renewed, or done, Custeva also stores a completion-history snapshot of those item fields. Scanned images are not copied into completion history. It also stores app preferences and derived reminder records.

Document scanning and text recognition run through platform capabilities on your device and never use the network. Camera access is optional because manual entry is always available.

PDF exports and sharing

Custeva Pro can create a PDF containing the current details of one item and its latest completion history entry. PDF generation happens on your device. A scanned image is included only when you turn on the default-off “Include scan” option for that export. Custeva places generated PDFs in temporary app storage and removes old exports after 24 hours. The export feature does not upload PDFs. When you open the system share sheet, the destination you choose processes the PDF under its own privacy terms.

Optional calendar mirror

Custeva Pro can, if you choose, create a separate Custeva calendar in an account available on your device and place your active deadline titles, categories, and due dates there as all-day events. Custeva does not add calendar alerts, amounts, notes, scans, account data, or completion history. Calendar permission, the selected account, and native event identifiers remain on your device and are not sent to Custeva’s cloud backup. Your chosen calendar provider processes its copy under its own privacy terms. You can remove the dedicated Custeva calendar in Settings; this does not delete your Custeva items or reminders.

Optional cloud backup

If you enable cloud backup, Custeva sends your confirmed item fields and completion history to Supabase so your vault can be synchronized and restored. The backed-up fields can include titles, categories, dates, optional amounts and notes, recurrence and reminder choices, status, completion snapshots, and timestamps. By default your scanned document images are backed up as well — compressed, into a private storage area scoped to your account — but you can turn “Include scanned images” off in Settings so only the fields and history sync. Scanned images are always kept out of Apple/Android device backups. Supabase also processes an account identifier needed to separate each user’s records.

Optional account protection

You may protect a cloud backup with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Depending on your choice and provider settings, Custeva receives an account identifier, email address, and possibly a name. Apple may supply a private relay address. We use this information for sign-in, recovery, synchronization, and account management — not advertising.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes your payment. RevenueCat processes a Custeva user identifier, store and product information, transaction or purchase history, entitlement status, and related subscription events so we can unlock Custeva Pro, restore purchases, operate customer purchase tools, and understand purchase performance. Custeva does not receive your full payment-card number.

How we use information

• Provide local reminders, widgets, scanning, and item management.
• Provide optional backup, synchronization, recovery, and account deletion.
• Validate and restore Custeva Pro purchases.
• Protect the service, diagnose operational problems, comply with law, and answer support requests.

No advertising or tracking

Custeva contains no ads and does not use personal data for advertising. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and do not sell personal data.

Service providers and international processing

Supabase provides optional authentication, database, and synchronization infrastructure. RevenueCat provides purchase and entitlement infrastructure. Apple and Google provide sign-in and store services. These providers process data under their own terms and may process it in countries other than yours, using applicable safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Local items remain until you delete them or remove the app, subject to device and operating-system backup behavior. Cloud-backed items remain while your cloud account exists or until deleted. In Settings, you can delete individual items or choose Cloud backup → Delete cloud account and data. Cloud-account deletion removes the cloud account and cloud-backed items, disables sync, and leaves the current device’s local items available unless you delete them separately.

Short-lived operational backups, security logs, support correspondence, and records required for fraud prevention, accounting, transactions, disputes, or law may remain for a limited period. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Supabase apply their own retention obligations to records they control.

Your choices and rights

You can keep cloud backup off, decline camera, notification, and calendar permission, use manual entry, exclude a scan from every PDF export, cancel the system share sheet, remove the dedicated Custeva calendar, change reminder settings, delete items, delete the cloud account, and contact us to exercise rights available under applicable privacy law. Purchase records controlled by Apple or Google must generally be managed through the relevant store account.

Children

Custeva is intended for adults managing household deadlines and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections for data sent to service providers. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as Custeva or legal requirements change. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required.
